The one good thing is the staff was very nice. The room felt unsafe. The windows didn't lock in the first room on the ground floor, and I requested a different room. The carpet was dirty and worn, and the furniture scuffed. Crazy given I paid more than $450 per night. Way too expensive for the quality.

We had a one night there before flying out of San Francisco. Was close to airport and had sushi bar next door for dinner which was nice as well. We thought it had shuttle to airport but didn’t start till 4pm which was no good to us being out of our room by 1pm but Uber was cheap so all good

The kitchen was spacious, beds were excellent. The best part was the parking was in their garage, which felt safe compared to other open parking. (The daily parking rate was well worth it)

Great staff... shuttle driver not great

The staff at the hotel couldn't have been better. the Front desk and the breakfast staff were terrific. The pool area is super inviting! The airport shuttle was ridiculous, and the driver wasn't the best. This is the last stop of four on the schedule and maybe the driver was in a hurry. Take an Uber or Lyft!!
