Nice grounds and restaurant but dirty room

Although it's a non-smoking Motel the room reach of smoke, the screen had fallen off the window and the floors were sticky. The last straw though was the earwig crawling across the bed. Yuck.

I’ll been staying here off n on for 5 years never had a problem but I think one of the housekeepers didn’t like that she was asked to clean our room n they said they had a new policy so we said ok just bring us our lines up n we will make our beds well that turned into the a big deal the lady was mad n proceeded to say my pet peed n t I had to extend my stay n thy didn’t let me I will never stay there again n don’t recommend it for other families it’s not what it presents to be n the owner is nice but I don’t think he knows he has really rude staff one housekeeper n one receptionist in particular didn’t get the names but if your working with ppl at least act to enjoy your job

For the price was really good 👍, but the cleaning at the room are really bad, dusty and dirty at the floor and furniture and the toilets.. could really use some bleach and some soap !!
