This is an amazing place! The villa is gorgeous! Modern, clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff is really kind, helpful, and very communicative. Every day starts with the cleaning crew arriving to make coffee and clean the dishes, so you wake up to a fresh kitchen. Around 10am every morning, they deliver breakfast, which includes fruit, yogurt & granola, as well as a main dish, usually eggs of some kind. We also hired Chef Roberto for two additional private meals - a seafood lunch so we could hang out and relax all afternoon and a special BBQ dinner on the private patio halfway down the steps to the beach, which was a one-of-a-kind experience. All the food was delicious. Fernanda, the property manager, stopped by every day to check on us and provided recommendations for groceries, restaurants, and beaches in the area. The villa is in the jungle, so there are lots of birds and some critters - be sure to close the doors at dusk! We almost had a coatimundi in the living room.San Pancho is a charming town with restaurants, boutiques, a long beach, a Tuesday market with local vendors, a few small grocery markets, and a hospital. If you have a chance, check out Lo de Marcos to the north - Playa Minitas has nice snorkeling.
