But there were no amenities of any kind and unfortunately, it was so dirty and unsafe to walk around anywhere outside that there was nowhere to even go eat. My wife was absolutely terrified, I was verbally assaulted and several times threatened and we only stayed two days

Easily one of the best gems in SF. Highly recommended for anyone coming to SF. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday, greatly appreciated. Great walking distance to anything around union square. And to everyone making reviews about the noise and the homeless, they are everywhere in SF, you can’t escape it. Yesha, at the front desk, was awesome!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING HOTEL!!! THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY IN DOWNTOWN SAN FRANCISCO! THE VALUE YOU RECEIVE FOR THE PRICE IS UNMATCHED. There are so many details & amenities to enjoy and the location is wonderful! We were able to walk to several restaurants, bars, and places to shop. The best part of this hotel is their top-notch hospitality, luxurious decor, and customer service (especially from our favorite front desk attendant BRIAN!!) We will definitely be staying here again, since we cant afford the $7M real estate!!!
