Had a good stay at Surestay staff was welcoming. Small but cozy hotel. Have some available parking inside first some first serve which is nice! Has visiting places close by!

Bed sheets and blanket not cleaned . We asked to be changed , which it was . A lot of noise at night . Bathroom has signs of mold around bathtub .

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Building and rooms could use some work. Clean but somewhat dated. Comfortable beds, hot water, everything worked. A little noisy as all doors open to a courtyard. Breakfast was very basic-mostly pre packaged food items.

Good stay at San Francisco

Hôtel bien situé dans San Francisco et facile pour visiter à pied, à vélo ou autres. Attention très petit parking (12 à 14 places) avec la règle 1er arrivé - 1er servi. Plusieurs parkings à côté à 32$ les 24h. Hôtel correct avec chambre modeste et pas très grande mais avec bon confort malgré tout. Petit-déjeuner pas terrible avec peu de choix (gaufres, céréales, yaourt, mais que du beurre ou sirop érable pour les gaufres) : peu vraiment mieux faire pour le tarif. Au final nous avons quand même bien profité de SF et avons été prendre qqs petits-déjeuners à l’extérieur (ihop) pour une meilleure qualité.

This hotel listed free parking, which was true. It didn't indicate that there were only 8-10 spots available and it is first come first serve. I had to park in a paid parking garage down a block. It would have been nice to know that. The area around the hotel seemed fairly safe but there was a homeless person digging through the garbage at the end of the parking area.

Good location, small rooms

Good location. Small rooms, especially for the two doubles. Doable for a family of 4 for a few nights, but we were on top of each other and out of space. Parking is not guaranteed, and there's only like 7 spots.

Best bang for buck

I had my expectations low but this place for the location and price was great, would stay again. Had a microwave and fridge. Main con is the limited parking but it is free.

Air conditioner and heater did not work. Roof started leaking and created a puddle. staff Did not accommodate had to check out early. Did not receive a full refund. Horrible experience, very inconveniand was put into an unsafe environment With no remorse from the staff.
