Room was cute and clean but heads up if you’re tall as the bathroom sink is very low and the toilet is very close to the bathtub. Really neat old building in a good location. Great place for the value and employees were nice.

Amazing customer service! I also like the coffee machine at the little lobby. Breakfast though not big, but efforts is shown - the donuts is a surprise!

The good - Perfect location close to city central. Rental cars (Avis) right across the street The okay - Small rooms and outdated. A lot of yelling and arguments in the alley behind the hotel. Kept us up because we needed the windows open as they have no AC

Some of the staff were more proactive than others. Ish was incredibly helpful whereas some of the others gave more attention to their cell phone than the clients. They were pleasant enough when asked but clearly their minds were miles away. The lobby was not equipped for accommodating the large numbers for breakfast and it became cramped if crowded. Other than that excellent bed comfort and room and bathroom comfort.

I searched Expedia for a 4 star with BF. this hotel came up. But it is at most a 2.5 star. As 4 star rating include spacious space and extra cleanness. My room is like a closet. the shower place is one body width big. I could hardly turn. The pillows smell so bad I could throw up. The front desk was friendly and gave me two new pillows though.
