Overall, the room was clean and well-appointed, with complimentary toiletries that made the stay comfortable. The water in the bath and shower worked very well, with good pressure and a full range of hot, warm, and cold options. However, the toilet flush was weak, and there was no bath mat provided. It felt quite unpleasant after taking a shower, so having a towel or mat for the feet would have been much appreciated. And please parking deals for the clients…it is very hard to find one

I’ve been coming to San Francisco for over 30 years and always stay in the small boutique hotels. This is the first one EVER that didn’t offer basic luggage storage for an early arrival or late departure. Will not stay again.

Room looks like pics. No AC but has a ceiling fan. No coffee pot, cups, or microwave but has a mini fridge. No wash cloths or hand towels. Keyed entry through all doors and elevator access. Spacious clean room though I could feel the springs in the bed. Overall nice weekend place to stay in the heart of Union Square

The hotel room was actually nice. Clean, simple, modern. There was no one at the front desk that i saw during my 2.5 day stay. Instead, there was a sign directing you to another hotel across the street where you would go to check in. It was a little inconvenient to not know that ahead of time, but overall it was fine.

Close to Marcone Center and Powell Street cable cars and Powell Caltrain station. No A/C. Unable to leave my windows open unless I was on premise and awake, due to the fire escape platform and stairs immediately outside my window. Front desk has very limited staffing hours, but even those hours were often not staffed. For any assistance I had to call or visit a nearby sister hotel.
