Don't go here unless you have to

The room smelled terrible, like a combination of mildew and a dirty ash tray. The carpet was stained. I had to sleep with a mask on because of the smell. The front desk never picked up the phone. The furniture was depressing. The plaster in the bathroom was crumbling. But the bed was comfortable.

Spacious room. Parking was a bit tough, had to park a building away from my room. My room didn't have outlets by the bed. Ants in the room. Bed was super comfortable. Had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. There was a lot of rust by the safe area (ugly to look at).

Travelodge met our needs. The rooms were dated however it was very clean. The free shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient and parking was easy as you park right by your room. The further away you get from the office however the less updated the rooms get. Building 6 and 5 were good though.

If you don't mind hearing your neighbors talk, or using the shower/toilet, or wind coming down the vents, or cars driving by, then this is the place for you. Rates are inexpensive, bedding was clean, floors were stained, shuttle was a 1 hour wait.

Booked to be frustrated

This place left us exhausted and frustrated. Our flight was delayed so we called to give the front desk a heads up. Called several times and finally connected with staff only for them to say that they cannot guarantee someone will be onsite to check us in. Website noted 24 hour front desk and they're near the airport. Upon check-in, M. gave us a room different from the one booked. Reasoned that the original spot was too far away but the one provided was 2nd to the last building. Best experience was the friendly driver and airport shuttle service leaving that place.

Hotel Need MAJOR renovations

Rooms outdated, this was only a one day deal.This Travelodge has been in the SF Bay area for years, if it likes to stay originated, AT LEAST tear-down each room, keep the same type of style, make it look nicer, smell good instead of old-musty, more cozy, comfortable& welcoming.NEEDS repaint, refrigerator looks like its been there since opened back when, the county needs to frequent checkups every month. Whoever owns this hotel, clearly only collects money instead of caring for the way the property looks, smell, un accommodating, and run-down. Air conditioning&phone was not working, I asked for another room, Nothing happened. I would NEVER recommend this hotel until its fully renovated!!

The bed was good with brilliant white sheets and pillow cases. The room was a satisfactory size and convenient. Unfortunately, the room is a bit tired. The lament flooring between the shower and tub was peeling off, there was hair on the floor of the shower, the carpet not throughly vacuumed and a lamp had been left unplugged after vacuuming. For the excellent room rate, I’d put up with the negatives again.

Staff was so friendly, courteous and professional. Building is older, but for one night stay was great. Coffee, great hot shower, good bed. Very quiet, shuttle was prompt. Would stay again.

Even rougher than you imagine

Really rough going. Bugs in the rooms; no doors to the bathrooms; lamps don't work; wifi doesn't work; phone doesn't work to call the front desk. My original room had not been seen by housekeeping; moving rooms was a pain. At some point the key didn't work. I had to go back to the front desk way too many times.

I wanted to leave my bags there until i can check in and explore the city but they had no space so we had to wait 2,5h until i could bring my bag in my room. The light in my room was sometimes working but not always. Everybody can go to the rooms even they dont belong to the hotel and knock at your door

Honestly this had to be the worst place I’ve stayed and that includes my travels through Ecuador. The facility is decades past needing attention. The rooms have old dirty carpet and are stained/ gross. Pool is unkept and green, homeless drugged out guy laying on ground near pool. I understand that the price point is lower than near by companies but this place is down right gross. I would not recommend. Pay an extra $20 for a way better place.
