Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another night . We hope to come back again soon . Oh , her breakfast was wonderful.
Itâs a great place to serve as a base if you plan to see San Gimignano, Siena, Voltaire, Florence, Lucca, and Pisa.
The service was outstanding and the room was very clean.
Loe this place.
Love this place, the views were incredible. The hostess was very nice,The only inconvenience were the steps but we managed. Excellent breakfast.

Great Staff, good continental breakfast options. Property is associated w/ a good small winery.
Location is down a gravel farm road for about 1/3 of a mile from the local paved road. It's not a big deal, just be aware. There is ample parking in a gravel lot.
Lots of good outdoor covered space but unfortunately during our 3 day stay, it was rainy. the view across the valley is San Gimignano.
We found it a good base for driving the Tuscany region.
The room has a comfortable bed, roomy, nice bath, but couldn't get the towel warmer to work. Also the AC system wasn't working due to changing from Summer to Fall mode.
We stayed in 5 different places during our trip to Italy and for sure this was our favorite. The room was clean and comfortable, the views were amazing and the location was extremely peaceful. Antonella is a wonderful host - very friendly and welcoming. She greeted us with a glass of wine which was made on the property. The breakfast was a large assortment of meats, cheeses and pastries. We had to leave early on our last day and Antonella packed us some breakfast items and sandwiches for our trip. Lisa was also very friendly and gave us a tour of the vineyard and wine rooms. The location is just 5-10 minutes drive to San Gimignano. We only wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again.
