The estate features a 3-bedroom villa with a refreshing pool and air conditioning in each bedroom, along with a rustic thatch-roof cabin. The villa layout includes:
- **Bedroom 1**: King-size bed + Ensuit bathroom with shower and Jaccuzi.
- **Bedroom 2**: Queen-size bed and a single child’s bed with ensuite bathroom and shower.
- **Bedroom 3**: Double bed and a small kitchenette and a bathroom shower.

Additionally, a standalone thatched roof cabin located 50 feet from the villa offers a king-size bed and a kitchenette. Please note that the cabin’s private bathroom and shower are outside the unite. It is situated 40 feet away and are not shared with other guests.

Privacy is assured, as the estate includes a full-time caretaker who lives separately on the property, ready to assist if needed. You’ll also be greeted by the estate’s friendly animal residents: Gizmo, Nubia (two lovable dogs), and Cat, the resident feline.

Nature lovers will delight in the abundant wildlife—monkeys often visit the property, along with a wide variety of exotic birds. While the pool is 18 years old and shows some rust stains along the sides, it is perfectly safe and fully functional for a refreshing dip.
