Two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace in the Veneziola area.
The living room is spacious and bright, sharing space with an open kitchen featuring a breakfast bar. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
Located on the 7th floor, the apartment boasts a very large terrace, perfect for enjoying the views. Situated very close to both seas, it's the ideal place to enjoy a peaceful vacation with all necessary amenities.
LOCATION:
The Canales de Veneciola urbanization has a communal pool, open from mid-June to mid-September in 2024. Located at km 17 of La Manga, Veneciola, both the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor are just minutes from the apartment.
There is a small supermarket on the same street as the apartment and several others in the area, along with a multitude of shops, bars, a pharmacy, and supermarkets...
Just 3 km away, there is a large supermarket (Spar), and the Puerto de Tomás Maestre is about a 5-minute drive away. In this area (Tomás Maestre), there is also a sports center with tennis, paddle tennis, and soccer courts, as well as comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views. Anyone can purchase a pass to use and enjoy the courts and attend the various classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, and weight training...
