The price is good especially if you just need a room for a night but the place is super outdated the room seriously looked like it was from a horror movie super old carpet old wallpaper even the furniture it seriously looked in welcoming

Front desk little Asian guy is EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. After checking in I felt like just checking out again. Felt super unwanted there. They were taking pictures of me when I was talking to someone in the parking lot. They didnt let me extend my stay and stood at my door asi was trying to leave by checkout time

The staff was polite and friendly, but they did not provide any assistance. We had no soap in our room. We were missing several light bulbs and were short on towels. When I asked for soap, the manager seemed surprised but then said that they didn't have any; he checked without even looking. I requested an early check-in a few days in advance and in person, but was declined. That was not a big issue. I understand staffing issues and scheduling, but soap and towels!?! That air conditioning unit took a long time to cool the room. There's more but I think that paints the picture. I'm grateful that we only stayed one night.

Website and marketing states. Youll have a refrigerator and microwave in room. It states and shows theirs a pool. Negative to all things. Very disappointed . These are why i booked this hotel in this not so great neighborhood.

If I could give 0 starts I would. While staying on the property, I made the front desk aware that the mirror had fallen off the wall in my room. Thank goodness it didn’t break. That being said, I got yelled at by the person at the front desk. I bought what was needed and put the mirror back on the wall. I stayed here only because it was closer to work, but realized I’ll never stay here again. I don’t need to be yelled at and treated that way. I’d rather stay somewhere farther away knowing I’m treated better and not yelled at.
