Airport shuttle drivers were wonderful and efficient. The rooms are small. I just transferred over from Hyatt House SJ Airport and their rooms are large w full kitchens. At Courtyard, on Thursday and Friday night beginning around 1 am, there were many people outside the hotel yelling and screaming. It actually sounded like they were drunk and arguing! It woke me up every night. I was afraid and didn’t feel safe. I highly doubt I will be staying here again. At check out, I spoke to the front desk employee and reported my experience and he said it happens often and they call the police and send their security guards but it continues to happen.

The gentleman who checked us in seemed a bit irritated. He may have been not feeling well seeing that he went back to get a tissue to wipe his nose, where he then gave us our room keys without washing his hands. We were gone most of the day in hopes our room would be restocked with towels & bed made, but neither was done. No free breakfast either.
