Everything was great except for two issues. We paid for parking but on the last day of our stay we had a note that without an official parking pass, we could be towed. When we checked in, I asked if we needed anything on our dash to park and they said no. Also, if you are a light sleeper to noise, don’t take a room facing the freeway.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was worth noting. We were traveling the coast with our family and stayed one night in San Jose. After checking in late and finally getting settled, we were woken up by a knock on the door from staff asking if we had requested maintenance, which we had not. The next morning during breakfast, an alarm went off and guests were asked to evacuate, only to find out it was a false alarm. While things happen, the interruptions made for a restless and disappointing stay.
