The front desk clerk, Nick immediately greets us with a positive smile and welcomed us to his hotel...With in that 30 seconds, Nick set the welcoming tone of our entire stay! Everything was just perfect after a long day of traveling. Wish I could've stayed longer but my time at the hotel was pretty much flawless. Chill staff, great amenities, coming back to my hotel after my day out just felt really cozy and homey. If I come back to SJ I'm definitely staying here again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasant stay at Hyatt Place San Jose Downtown! The hotel is great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially Nick at the front desk. He handled my check-in flawlessly while also bartending — very professional and friendly. Outstanding service! This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever business or pleasure brings me back to downtown San Jose.
