Hotel room was modern, spacious, clean. No issues with the room itself. Please note that there is a $250 additional deposit needed at check-in that is charged, not pre-authorized. Hotel staff was nice but needs more customer problem resolution training.

Nice hotel fairly new - nice clean rooms-excellent staff- breakfast was good but could use a few more choices like hash browns and sausage. Valet parking at $25 but if you use coupon or member only $10. Close to many locations. Do recommend

Breakfast menu was egg and sausage or egg and bacon, bagel, cereal. That was it. My room is all the way at the end which i liked. But guest above was walking around at 430am and dropped something, or he/she fell bec that was loud enough to make me scream! Only parking in premises was valet or street parking. The spaces next to this building IS NOT for hotel guests. You will get towed. The only positive is the hotel is clean and has modern design.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There were some minor issues. First, the coat hanging space is too short and I had to hang my suit in the bathroom. Second, the shower button and handle were a little complicated and did not work at first. A technician came to help and got it fixed.

Honestly the front desk was very receptive and polite, helpful. One little surprise is this hotel is 1.5 miles from the airport and did not have a shuttle. I assumed it would being that close. The place was clean, the breakfast although I had to leave before it was served looked and smelled good. The noise was low and the rooms were clean and roomy.
