This brand-new Apartment is located in the center of San Jose Downtown, close to every important landmark. A large queen bed sleeps 2 guests comfortably along with a private bathroom with hot water shower. The apartment features Air Conditioning, a private Kitchen with Refrigerator, microwave, and sink, LCD TV with cable, and fast WIFI Internet. There is a work area with a desk and two stools. Located on the Second Floor of a Secure Building, reception area has night Security Guard. We do not have onsite parking, however, we can recommend that you pay to park at Parqueo Avenida 6, which is one block away from our building.

San Jose visit

Very clean, close to church, museums, the life of the people in San jose, close to restaurants, good safety, all amenities to cook breakfast, chill produces and our wine. Parking was a block away,plan on paying for it and how to man luggage.

Cute and safe place to stay!

We loved the place, it was great. More geared to Spanish-speaking individuals as no one on-site speaks English, however even basic Spanish will suffice! Note there is no on-site parking, and you will be looking at $20 USD or so a day for parking if you've rented a car. Lovely amenities in the room, really nicely maintained. Easy in and out, and quite safe despite the location being not at all touristy. Close to local markets and a central neighbourhood worth exploring.

Great Accomodations!!

I was quite impressed with the location because it is in the center of San Jose. Rich cultural experience and I learned quite a bit in the week I was there. This is the perfect experience for a newbie to really get to know the area. This was the best accommodations for what I wished to experience. The onsite manager I believe his name is Gabriel, top notch.! He is bilingual and rich in resources to show you where to go, places to visit and decent places to go in Costa Rica. Gabriel brings a level of comfort and home. My stay was AAA ++, I hope yours is too. Ken

Excellent location to see historic downtown San Jose

The two floor multi room facility was recently renovated. Clean, modern with a sense of security. Can’t get away from the all day & all night city noises so if you’re not used to it, bring noise canceling. Always secure your money/wallet and DO NOT carry a purse. Only one attempt to pickpocket my iPhone from my front pocket but I’m a big guy and it was unsettling. Do NOT go out after dark, even some locals told us to go back to our apartment when we left dinner at 6 pm. The police present also advised us to do the same the next evening before it was even dark.

The property is close to downtown San Jose. Walking distance to all the sights. Property is new and well kept. The place is secure. Plan on staying there again on my next visit.
