Otoya1907 is the perfect place to stay to see historic San Jose. It is conveniently located, charming, and comfortable. The staff was friendly helpful, and welcoming. He patiently taught me the door codes and keys. The kitchen area is a bonus. The Cafe Otoya is very nice.

Right at the check-in, I was told there's no reservation under my name so I had to pay again (will have to dispute double payment), no air conditioner, moldy room, bathroom not so clean with no towel racks, smelly bed linen, pillow case with blood stain, noise road by the room, no lobby area or common kitchen facilities--it doesn't look like the pictures show. Location was okay and the staff (Joaquim) was very friendly.

Bonito, limpio y el servicio excelente. Ya estuve anteriormente y me volvería a hospedar. El personal es atento y amable, una buena ubicación y la habitación es muy bonita. Lo único que si se podría revisar es la puerta del baño de la habitación, ya que hay que hacer bastante fuerza para cerrarla, aún más para abrirla desde adentro. Pero no es la gran cosa, eso no quita que haya sido increíble la estadía como siempre.
