Our 1st room the bed was infested with fleas. The sheets most couldn’t have been cleaned. We asked to switch rooms. Because our clothes were already worn, we were sitting on the bed. The fleas got on our clothes and we had the same somewhat of an issue in the next room that we got we did not have any dogs with us.

I stayed at Sonesta San Jose from Nov 26–28, and the room had not been cleaned at all. There were clumps of hair on the floor, and it was clear the vacuuming hadn’t been done. I also found a vaping device between the pillow and headboard, and the disposal was broken. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Clean; renovated. Only thing that makes it look bad is all the campers/RV encampments outside the inn. Otherwise, it’s clean and renovated and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great. It’s always our go to hotel when we are in town, but the neighborhood has become a place for Rv parking/homelessness. I understand sometimes things happens, but it’s becoming a place I may not want to come back to due trash and safety concerns.
