The location was very convenient, close to the freeway and good for the purpose of my visit to the area. The neighborhood was a typical middleclass track home development. However, I was disappointed in the upkeep of the house. My first impression was not good as the garage door paint was worn, leaves blown up to the front door, cigarette butts in the driveway and trash on the lawn and in disrepair. The back yard had tree trimmings piled up with a bucket & mop sitting against the wall. There was a huge rip in one of the patio chairs to dining set. Although the house was basically clean, it too had many things unattractive about it with holes in the walls, chipping paint, ceiling kitchen light fixture without a covering. Towels were not in the bathrooms; we had to look for them. When we did find them, they were all mismatched & only 1 for each of the 3 of us, no hand towels or washcloths & only 1 stained dish towel in the kitchen. The bedding was just ok, but beds were comfortable. There was a mismatch of glasses, no wine glasses or opener. There were dishes and pots & pans & coffee maker. It would have been nice to have instructions to use coffee maker & televisions. I would not stay there again.
