The place looks run down if tou are from the united states but overall the place was just fine. The place was clean and the staff was accommodating. I will be booking again when i go to 🇵🇷. Highly recommend
We stayed in the bottom suite. It was cute and had everything we needed.
We felt safe.
Parking was terrible. We had to always park around the block or drive around. There was a mix up about the shared spaces that we never used the balcony or little lounge pool because was awkward and people were sleeping.
The breakfast was a mix up but the host did get back to us and offered a gift card.
I would stay here again
My girls loved the pink vibe. And close to coffee shops.
The good: The space was beautiful, and larger than I originally expected. When I walked in I was very pleasantly surprised and thrilled by the layout. The area was quiet, and walkable.
The bad:
They use codes for the door, and on my last night there someone who would be checking in after I left, was able to successfully use the exact same code and open the door. Luckily they were very kind, and we were all able to laugh about the mixup, but as a solo female traveler I cannot express how uncomfortable this made me the more it set in. Safety and security is not something that should be taken lightly, and this oversight was just too much to overlook. There was absolutely no reason for any other travelers to have the same code at the same time, and that responsibility is on the property managers. I did share this concern with them, but I do feel it’s my responsibility to share this with other female travelers.
The place itself was beautiful, with a great layout featuring two separate rooms and three beds—nice for our group. The highlight was the balcony, which made for a relaxing experience. However, we did have some issues during our stay. We encountered roaches near the bed and in the bathroom, which was concerning. Additionally, the water pressure was very low, and there was no hot water at all for the first two days, which made things a bit uncomfortable.
Location was great. Room was not very clean. Walls were thin. Could hear everything outside

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
On April 27.2025.
The room and facilities was clean. The housekeeper was making noise, talking loud around and we cut her looking inside the room around 7am. It was hard to find parking near the building.

its all self service. condition of check out is to take the garbage out with us.
Loved the property. Lindsay the host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Walkable distance to some nice coffee and brunch places, and I could see the ocean from the balcony.
I didn't read the special check in instructions ahead of time and still was let in early.
The property called the space a penthouse. It was not. There was no place to hang your clothes. Just a closet with 2 wire racks one above the other so no hanging close. No dressers. 2 rooms connecting in the middle to a small bathroom with a shower(which had issues). 1 mirror in the bathroom. only 1 small under the sink space for toiletries. For 5 girls. We lived out of our suitcases. That which I thought because of the description of space was our living quarters was not. SO we had 2 small rooms and no where to go that was not common area. The hot tub didn't work. There was no one there to greet us. The fridge which I thought was ours was open to all guests. The representation is not what we got. I looked up the defination of a penthouse and we did not have a penthouse. More like a hostle. The description also said the accommodations were for 6 people. Thank God there were only 5 of us.

Somewhat disappointing
Limited hot water in shower even after plumber was called. Only cold water in kitchen and half bath. Had to wash dishes in cold water. Linens, including towels, toilet paper, coffee filters were very limited. Had to call every time we needed something. We stayed 8 nights but supplies were only enough for a weekend stay. Rug in living room was heavily stained. Lighting was dim; had to use flashlight to read, even during the day. Adjoining door to other apartment not noise insulated so could hear entire conversations from neighbors, including at 5 am. Construction debris sat directly next to our door. Parking very difficult to find. Housekeeper dropped bags of garbage from floor above outside our window onto the driveway below. Breakfaat was uninspired and not nutritious. But location was good and Lindsay did respond timely to our requests. We just wished management was more proactive. A/C worked well. $350 per night seemed like a lot.
