The Space:
You will have the entire apartment for yourself, and it is located on the 4th floor. The space is perfect for couples, small families, business travelers and/ or tourists looking for a real Condado experience. A great way to mix work and play if that is what you are looking for.

It has an open living and bedroom area with access to a balcony with a view of Condado. It has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. The apartment also has a spacious walking closet to store your luggage and all personal belongings.

This beautifully one-bedroom studio with a balcony is located in Condado Ambassador Condominium.

Situated on Ashford Avenue, this prime location is just a block away from Condado Beach, a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, schools, and a hospital. The condominium offers a full-capacity generator and a water cistern and a common laundry area. Private parking at the nearby AC Hotel, daily rates available.

Guest Access:
The entrance is directly from Ashford Ave. Through the lobby and to the elevators to your left for access to the 4th floor.

- The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside or outside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Fines can reach up to $1,000 per violation. Please respect the neighbors.
- Lost key replacement fee is $300.
- Additional charges will be incurred for lost or damaged towels (due to makeup or other stains) and damaged or missing bed sheets.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
