My stay overall was amazing. I stayed here for 3 days. The staff at this location was great. There is construction going on in the area, but it did not bother me. Jason and the entire front staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is centrally located. There is supermarket, laundry and lots of stores close by.

The fella that was working at the front desk was all some everything was fantastic jasson he's the fella working at the front he helped me and my wife with everything we needed answered every question we asked to the best of his knowledge. Such friendly staff. The room was always so clean. They even folded our pjs and made the bed with the soft blanket underneath that they usually put on top of the bed. In perfect walking distance of the fort and castle and various delicious dining and bars.

Overall great stay. Minus the daily janitorial operation, could be improved tremendously. We had housekeeping knock the day before leaving. Only time they knocked. The room I booked stated it would be with a balcony. once I got there it turns out that we were in a very tiny room. The bed space looked clean, but the actual bath shower looked unsanitary.

It is very clean inside, the staff are very friendly. No parking if you have a car leave it down at the end by the police station or where the cruises come in don’t risk getting towed. Very safe the door to get in locks after a certain hour and you can only get in with your room key. Someone is always at the front desk. Everything is within blocks it’s very convenient. Everyday our room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels and the bed was changed.
