Convenient and clean

Our trip to Puerto Rice covered a good portion of the island so we picked a couple different places to stay. The location of this property was very convenient as we visited Old San Juan and explored El Yunque National Forest. The unit was clean and a great fit for our family of 5. The access to the washer and dryer was a blessing in the middle of our trip. The only complaint is something that has nothing to do with the unit itself. The ocean/beach adjacent to the property had a lot of grass in it. I am not sure if it is something that is always like that in that area or if it was due to a recent storm or other activity. Thankfully, there was a pool, so after getting a little beach time in, we headed to the pool. I would book again if we traveled to the area in the future.

It smelled clean when we entered so it was nice. Everything clean and nice beach theme decor. We were there for a business stay, so we couldn’t use the pool and other amenities but it was a great site!

This was a very nice place! Everything worked. Extra towels and beach chairs were great. New Years fireworks on the beach were a plus! Highly recommended

Quiet and relaxing getaway

This place was perfect for a few friends to get away somewhere warm, with a private (almost empty) beach to ourselves, well maintained grounds, and relaxing pool area. The place was clean, cheerful, and had all the necessities in the kitchen to make a few meals. It was nice to go somewhere that was not crowded, and the community felt very safe. Highly recommend.
