I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Condado! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with easy parking and plenty of great food options nearby. The attached restaurant is absolutely amazing, some of the best meals I had during my trip. I felt safe the entire time, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. The overall atmosphere made me feel comfortable and at peace. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

I enjoyed my stay here at Condado Palm Inn Hilton! It’s two minutes from the beach, they have bikes you can use to explore, there’s a cafe and restaurant in the building so you have food options if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. There’s a pool and hot tub and I loved the interior design. Earthy and Chic! The staff was very helpful the text option made it easy to get in contact because it was difficult to reach the front desk via phone. We were on hold and it would reconnect to the main menu multiple times.The only other issue we had were a roach in the bathroom which they sent someone to take care of but they did not have any spray. Luckily they offered us to switch rooms. Overall when I return to Puerto Rico I would love to stay here again.

My booking was for a double room in the Blue Tower. I unfortunately did not have wifi during my entire stay even though Premium wifi is stated in the resort fee. The hotel had notified us of some overnight maintenance work, but it wasn't clear that it would affect network coverage. I'm a former native of PR, and although the hotel is in a central area in "El Condado" neighborhood the area can be dicey at nighttime with the Walgreens across the street and construction on the next block.
