Everything was as advertised and our family of 5 had a great week at Brenda’s condo. As many have stated, we loved the rooftop area and spent most of our condo time there. Brenda’s home at the beach was wonderful and welcoming. Everything that you need for an extended stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, beach chairs and towels, are available. The beach is beautiful. Sitting on the porch/rooftop was a highlight at sunrise and sunset.Brenda was super-responsive and generous with her time and attention. I would highly recommend this beach property for a great home base for day trips to El Yunque, Playa Luquillo, and exploring many beautiful beaches. It is only about 45 minutes away from the San Juan airport.

The upper balcony is what makes this place a good place to stay. I spent about an hour every morning up there enjoying the views. We also have the best cocktail of our life at El Parrilla, which is just about a mile away to 50%. The only negative I have is the air conditioners were a little loud.
