Highly recommend this relaxing place to stay!

This is our second time staying at this place, and it truly feels like home now! Host Peter excels in communication and is very helpful, even accommodating our request to leave luggage in the apartment before check-in. They are so organized that everything runs smoothly, almost making you forget it's not your own place! We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing relaxing days!

No need to sleep with a sound machine you have the real deal in front of you! Apartment is super clean, it has pretty much everything you could think of using at your disposal. From beach chairs to a blender for making frozen liquid beverages. If you need to work the WiFi is super fast. Excellent host doesn’t miss a beat and extremely gracious! Could not have asked for a better place to stay in the heart of everything!

Great view and location

The view and location is amazing. Located in the heart of Condado. No need for a vehicle as you can walk to resorts, restaraunts and casinos. Located on the beach with amazing views and sound of ocean waves. Overall rating is a 10/10!

Quality property

In spite of IKEA’s best , this is quality rental. Immaculately clean on arrival. The washer/dryer and parking spot hit the spot. Beautiful TV’s- instructions on how to use would have helped. For a quality property, the bed linens should have been higher quality. All the assistants in the building were very helpful. Would stay here again.

Great location, excellent view. Could improve on some of the rough finishing details within the condo (shower specifically) , but good nonetheless. Short walk to any bar/restaurant of your preference off Ashford. Short scooter ride to Old Town. Great communication with property owner.

Overall the unit is beautiful with a gorgeous view.

Overall we loved this nice unit. Can't beat the view and it was walkable to lots of great restaurants. Our only request is install a better water heater and door for the shower

Nice Place to Stay

The Condo is located in a nice area. Very clean Properity . If you rent the condo make sure to visit the restaurant several blocks up . Pauline Escanes . The French Bakery next door is also great for Breakfast. The best Grocery store just blocks away is The Super Fresh . When we return we will certainly rent again .

This was a very nice place to stay, immaculately clean and the view was beautiful. Very nice large pool and easy beach access. Peter was easy to work with. There were lots of great restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. We had only one small issue where the power went out ( in the whole building) and it got a bit hot overnight, which was no one’s fault. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The building is well run and the condo is adequate. The staff is friendly, but the permanent residents appear resentful of short-term renters. Location is perfect. Many good quality restaurants are within easy walking distance. The ocean is a few steps away. The pool and tennis court are in good shape. The only real down side (except for the lack of sufficient supplies provided in the apartment and lack of hot water) is the palpable hostility of the permanent residents in the common areas of the building, such as elevator and swimming pool. The pool area is policed excessively by the residents, which is severe enough to impact comfortable use.

Great place to stay

This is a well maintained apartment in a highrise on the beach with beautiful ocean views. The decor was tasteful. The air conditioning worked well. We did encounter some plumbing issues which were promptly addressed by our host, Peter. The pool is outstanding for people who enjoy lap swimming.

Small quaint unit in the heart of Condado. Steps from the beach. You can walk to all types of great eating establishments. Uber is only a phone call away. Need a little fun in the sun? Brisa Marina is the spot!!
