Every part of my stay was great and stress free.. the communication with management was a breeze not to mention they were very pleasant, checking in was super easy and the parking was literally steps away, room was clean, cute and conveniently on first floor.. best part is you can take a short walk to a couple different areas near by. Definitely recommend and will return!

We stayed here for the long weekend while celebrating a friend's wedding. The Bad Bunny room was comfortable. The host was generally very responsive to texts and made sure we needed nothing. It was an affordable price and convenient location. On site parking was a huge benefit. I would have no hesitation staying here again.

Internet massively slower than advertised. Hotel is also much smaller than the photos and is really bad value compared to other hotels in San Juan. The room feels very un-private due to one way windows as the cheaper rooms, of which I reserved one, are on the ground floor and saw homeless man right outside the window on arrival. Plus the walls are very thin so kept getting woken up by guests coming back at all hours. I tried to cut my stay short due to these problems having booked it last minute for four days, and wanted to stay one night. They wouldn't let me and instead laughed on the phone about needing to 'read the contract'. Bad hospitality and I cannot recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful stay here! The place is updated, modern, and although it’s small, it has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Jorge, the manager, was absolutely amazing—very detail-oriented and provided excellent communication throughout my stay. His attentiveness really made the experience stand out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and well-managed place.

We loved our stay here. The property was easy to get to, the directions that were given were very clear. Our room was super clean and comfortable. We chose the Bad Bunny themed room since we were there for the residency and it was really cute! Loved the theme. We would definitely want to stay there again when we come back to the island!
