When we checked in there were 3 bags of dirty towels & linens on the ground by the kitchen. I sent the host a message to let them know about the linens and see what they want me to do with them, ask if we have an assigned parking spot, and what the wifi name & password are. We received no response so we left the condo and came back 3 hours later. The bags of linens were gone when we returned. We didnât receive a notification that anyone would be entering the condo before they entered, so that was a little unsettling. We did end up receiving a response 4 hours after inquiring about the few things. By that time, weâd found out from security that the apartment doesnât have a parking spot, but donât worry heâll take 20 (cash only - that went straight in his pocket) to let you park. The building doesnât seem secure. There are padlocked bars on a lot of the other apartment doors and security isnât strict. We didnât have to tell security who we were, they just opened the gate for us to park without talking to us. We accidentally entered through the wrong door the first time we entered the building so we didnât pass by building security either. There were at least 3 unlocked doors on the front of the building that donât require passing by security. Even if you pass security through the main door, they donât ask questions. A couple of the electrical plugs didnât work, anything you plug in falls right out. The windows arenât sealed so the ocean and wind outside are reallyyy loud.
