It's a quiet apartment. No loud noise after 10pm. No smoking ($500). No parties ($1000). I use this apartment for reading, meditating, yoga, and it's a very peaceful space. The apartment is setup for 2 people.

****IMPORTANT THINGS TO UNDERSTAND***:
* Unit has one queen bed
* Puerto Rico is subject to power/water outages.
* When power goes out, the unit is without power. Generators are for common areas so the elevators and lights work in common areas.

Other things to note
- We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance when traveling to Puerto Rico.
-In Puerto Rico, there are frequent, unpredictable power and water outages that might affect your stay. These outages can impact all utilities in the unit, such as internet, refrigeration, hot water, and common facilities. The building has a generator for the hallways, elevators, and a water cistern that lasts for approximately 24 hours. Phone charging is available at the main lobby door security booth. No refunds will be granted for power, water, internet outages, or loss of food.

-An initial stock of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap is provided for your arrival. If you need to restock anything, message me, but there is also a Pueblo supermarket nearby
