Good but communication lacked

Due to a last minute change of plans in travel I arrived in San Juan earlier than previously anticipated and messaged the host about the possibility of being able to check in early. I got 0 responses despite messaging her through the vrbo app and texting the number provided in earlier messages. Once checking in at the original time I put my bags down and went to the store to get some food for the trip. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the store I got a call from the host saying I needed to come back as the cleaners had not finished prepping the house yet. So while the rest of our stay was wonderful the lack of communication and the inability to have the house ready at the set time made this a 3/5 stay.

Puerto Rico stay

We loved the Condo. Clean and perfect for me and my daughter. Contact with West Indies was prompt and always helpful. Shops and Restaurants were one block and beach was two blocks away. Ubers were great.

Location of property is excellent. You do not need a car.You can walk no longer than 10 minutes to,restaurants, beaches,n casino. I will recommend to other family!!

Condado Beach Oasis

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully modernized condo. Our teen took one room and we took the other with the infant and an air mattress. The location to Old San Juan and the airport were perfect. The building was quiet na dang neighbors who passed were friendly. Communication with the host was literally 24/7 of need be. All the local restaurants and shops were awesome. Loved that the beach was so close and there were chairs and toys so that I didn’t have to buy them for my baby or rent chairs on the beach!! Everything was really great for a first family trip to PR. Thank you for hosting!

Such a beautiful place!!!

Perfect for a girls trip!! The place was so beautiful and had everything we needed. It’s around so many restaurants, which most were walkable. Communication with owner was 10/10 and left clear instructions about the property. We loved the little star lights on the ceiling in the primary bedroom too! We will tell others about this beautiful spot. Thank you for everything! We will come again!

Excellent location

Property was nice, condo was really clean and we loved the lighting. The location was perfect and you can literally walk wherever you need to go. Excellent places to eat as well! Communication with the owner was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

Pictures are nicer than actual property

It was great location to walk to food and beach. About a 7 min walk to everything. No scenery really. Host was slow to respond. While secure, the check in was rough and included a bunch of key entries. The bathroom does not seem to be ventilated and shower drain was a hot mess. Water just ends up everywhere. The sheets need to be replaced. There was a large yellow stain on my sheets. Overall the property was ok.

We had such an awesome time on this trip. The apartment had everything that we needed and is in such a great location, one block off of a street with endless bars and restaurants and 2 blocks off the beach (rent your chairs and umbrellas from Oscar and grab a fruity beverage for the beach from the Oasis bar). It’s also only a 15-20 min Uber to old San Juan with countless restaurants and shops and beautiful architecture. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped. There was an issue with the hot water and dishwasher during our stay but Karen was responsive to my emails and they did what they could while we were there. Overall we had an amazing time and are counting the days until we return.

Very Nice Place in Wonderful Location

This was a very nice, clean apartment in a location close to the beach and great spots in the city. Communication with the renter was quick (very responsive). The beds were very clean and comfortable. Excellent climate control. This place has everything you need to be comfortable and it’s in such a great area. I hope it’s available when I come back to PR, because I would like to stay here again.

This place is literally right in the middle of where you want to be. So many things within walking distance and or a quick Uber ride. The AC was definitely great. We appreciated the fact that they provided beach gear (towels and chairs) in the closets. I'd definitely stay again.

Condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. Beds and bathrooms amazing! In Condado walking distance to lots of stuff. Also very quiet. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!! Thank you!

A birthday well spent!

My mother and aunt absolutely loved their stay at this property found in a perfect location in San Juan. The apartment was nicely clean and decorated. All information mentioned was extremely helpful and needed for their time there. Will certainly book again next time. Thank you for receiving us!
