Everything had stains on them !!!! From the sheets chairs to the curtains ! There was mold everywhere ! Bathroom tub, lamp shades, even the sink knobs had mold! the closet smelled like something died in there and the staff was very rude during checkout ! I would never stay here again I only needed it for a few hours but even that was a NO !

The check in process is ridiculous. After checking in on the 2nd floor you must drive to the parking garage which is behind the hotel however the way the one way streets are you must drive at least a couple miles to circle back. Then you can lug your luggage (All) the way back. No valet No bellman. Then we get to our room (ALL) the lamp shades had burn marks from the light bulbs not sure but it was ridiculous. Next morning the buffet had croissants muffins coffee and juices they were out of fruit it left A LOT to be desired. Check out was another bs. Lug your luggage back through the quad to your car Drive all the way back you must do this because you have to return the garage key on check out This was like an overpriced motel 6 I will never stay there again or recommend anyone too! I do have to say the check out staff was very sweet

Not at all how it looks in pictures online. Hard to locate, continental breakfast is just cereal. I defiantly wouldn’t go back.

Really loved dealing with comacho! He was so helpful on the phone when when making arrangements with a special time check in, also he went out of his way to help with the confusion with the parking garages... hiltons garage is also right there , there is no signs to say which garage is for what, which needs to be.. comacho did help us with all that and directions to the right garage.... he is super friendly and made the difference with how tired we were just trying to get in the hotell. Thank you comacho!

Pesimo servicio al cliente

Estuve 3 tratando de cambiar mi reservacion para no perderla y que consegui nada. Al contrario el personal de la app en la qie hice la reservacion en conjunto con los del hotel me cobraron la cantidad total y la mitad adicional. Encima de eso la oferta dice una cosa y es otra. No hay estacionamiento en el hotel, no piscina, no restaurante, etc. Y eso lo dijeron luego que llevaaba 2 dias tratando de resolver y que consegui nada.

Great location horrible check in process. When you walk in it’s not the reception area but a security desk if you are lucky someone is there to let you know to go to the 2nd floor to check in. No room service on Sunday need to call for towels and bathroom needs. The breakfast was ok continental same thing every day. The building needs some renovating.

Hotel was not bad for what was paid I did not like that I asked to clean my room the next day because it was not clean when I got it it took them three days to do it and it was still not clean then it took them days to get me towels had to go down to office twice and got the towels the day I left
