The neighborhood is cute and it is so easy to get every where from here in Old San Juan. Also the Ubers to Condado, etc., are pretty cheap and it is a short ride. The apartment is comfortable. It is very hard to sleep on weekends due to the fact that the windows do not h e glass and cannot shut out the noise.
We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. We only stayed here for a weekend but I would stay here for longer trips as well because the apartment is so well equipped. Love the full kitchen. The only downside is that the kitchen and living room areas donât have AC like the bedrooms so it can get pretty hot. We loved how centralized the apartment is. Very close to restaurants and bars in old San Juan.
Overall an amazing property with views that canât be beat . Place is very nice with wonderful breezes all day long . Wonderful location as well . It is loud at night but listing said it would be . Communication was good and listing was dead on accurate . The views are worth every penny
We came here for a long weekend. We enjoyed the apartment very much. The atrium right inside the apartment was a surprise for us, but it turned out to be nice, even when it rained lightly. The view of the ocean is wonderful, as is the breeze. We were fine and not hugely bothered, but fyi for other guests, there is quite a bit of road noise from folks cruising around through the entire night.
Location is great as are the views! As stated by the owner, it is loud at night.
The whole place could use a coat of paint. It was pretty clear it has not had a deep clean in years. I ended up sweeping up and mopping the whole place. I also washed all the sheets as they smelled of cigarette smoke. The balcony is not off the living area, you have to navigate up an old spiral staircase, but the views are stunning. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Overall, the place needs an update.
This is a nice apartment. There are 26 steps up from the street to the front door, a little tough with luggage. While the two bedrooms are adequately air conditioned, the kitchen and living area are open to the sky. Sun pours in, making it pretty hot at times. When it rains, a very frequent occurrence, the rain comes through the open roof to an area with plants, but it also spills into the kitchen. Not terribly inconvenient in good weather, but might be a hassle in a real storm. Kitchen not stocked with much of anything. Toaster broken, TV didnât work.
