This hotel is pretty conveniently located in Condado. It has access to multiple restaurants in the area and has 4 different restaurants within the hotel. The ambientation is excellent, and it has been recently renovated. There are 4 to 5 swimming pools. My family enjoyed our stay since the beginning. I highly recommend staying in this property.

Beautiful place, super kind staff. I personally loved the beach access from the hotel, warm and cozy jacuzzi. They have a restaurant where you can order food and they will bring it out to you in the jacuzzi I think that was a 10/10 food was great too. Casino and club in the hotel made it so you would never want to leave. Definitely will be coming back

I have stayed at La Concha before. It used to be my fav hotel up until this trip. The balcony door would barely open, my daughter and I had to put our feet on the wall to pry the door open. The AC in our room went out the night of the blackout and it took maintenance hours to get to us. On Monday we decided to stay at the beach resort ..: the staff admitted to being short staffed with only ONE waitress for the ENTIRE beach! I ordered my food and drinks had a full body 1 hour massage and my food still wasn’t ready! And the audacity of charging $18 for a mimosa! After several stays here (I’m also a bon voyage member) I will NOT be returning! I won’t give it a 1 star but i won’t give it past a 3 at most

It is a very expensive hotel and in my opinion the Resort Fee of $260 plus taxes is excessive and does not give you anything extra. Rooms do not have microwaves and the coffe maker is only for espresso and not american coffe. There is construction on one side of the hotel so be prepared for noises. There was also some update or repairing in one of the 9th floor rooms si that also was disturbing. Pools are very small for a resort like this.

Food options were excellent. We dined at Solara and Serafina onsite. The hotel is very walkable to surrounding dining options as well. In our room, the shower was really only usable with the wand as the rainhead was calcified and plugged causing the water to not flow well. The views from the room were excellent. Would have loved to be able to open a window. The AC worked well to reduce the humidity, but seemed almost too cold when returning to the room (we did try to adjust it). The room was spacious. Bed was comfy and linens were good quality. All staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again if the opportunity to travel back to the San Juan area occurs.

Beautiful lobby, everything was super clean, right on the beach, but also right on a strip of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, etc. that were easily walkable. Only cons were not charging the daily fee up front and not having a microwave accessible.
