The hotel and grounds were gorgeous. The room was clean and ocean front views were spectacular. He had an issue opening the sliding door and the front desk sent someone up to the room within 15mins and took care of it. The staff on the beach were quick and helpful getting the chairs and umbrellas set up for us daily. Food options were plenty and delicious. Cant say enough about this hotel! We will definitely be going back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I recently stayed at La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico – Autograph Collection, and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is absolutely beautiful with a stylish atmosphere and a prime location right in the heart of Condado. It’s easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and the beach, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The service throughout my stay was great—staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The amenities and views truly made the stay feel relaxing and memorable. The only downside was that there was some trash piled up on the lower level outside of the resort, which took away a bit from the otherwise upscale environment. However, this was a minor issue in comparison to everything else the property has to offer. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely return again

I staid during thanksgiving holliday’s. The food and drinks are by far the most expensive on the island, one burger and one drink was $70, the main lobby bar is the most expensive in the world and that’s stating a lot coming from a monthly traveler. The main concern was housekeeping, in the my entire stay, housekeeping only replaced towels and that’s it if they even came, once they just took the door do not disturb and put it on my door when I needed my room to be cleaned. The welcome drink remained in my room from check in to the last day I checked out. Pools are small small. But it’s a great location. Probably wouldn’t come back.

This hotel is pretty conveniently located in Condado. It has access to multiple restaurants in the area and has 4 different restaurants within the hotel. The ambientation is excellent, and it has been recently renovated. There are 4 to 5 swimming pools. My family enjoyed our stay since the beginning. I highly recommend staying in this property.

Beautiful place, super kind staff. I personally loved the beach access from the hotel, warm and cozy jacuzzi. They have a restaurant where you can order food and they will bring it out to you in the jacuzzi I think that was a 10/10 food was great too. Casino and club in the hotel made it so you would never want to leave. Definitely will be coming back
