Not recommended. 1/5 Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at Levimar Guest House. On the day of check-in, my room was changed because the air conditioner was broken. I was moved to another Airbnb property they manage, but it was a disaster. The bathroom constantly leaked water, the street noise made it impossible to sleep, and the water pipes were very loud throughout the night. On top of that, the air conditioner did not cool the room properly. I reported all these issues to the person in charge at the guest house, but I never received a response. Overall, the lack of proper accommodations and communication made my stay very unpleasant.

The room smelled like mildew and the lady that took us to the room said that it was the cleaning detergent that they used but I work in a 5 star hotel and I know what mildew smell like and when I turn around and looked at the ceiling I saw a big mildew stains and it cover part of the wall I pointed to the lady and of course everyone knows rooms can't be use so she said we are full and she proceeded to take me to another room this was better but still in the bathroom the ceiling had panels and one of them was hanging bathroom had mildew in the shower and bath soap dish was filled with soap residue..this hotel needs to improve their rooms status some remodeling

Rooms and facilities needs a lot of improvement in cleanliness. No smoke detectors in my room. Staff needs to be more aware of guests behavior. It's unacceptable to have a group of guests in an unique doorless aisle with a loudly conversation at 4:30AM, while everyone else are trying to sleep, that can be heard in the whole facilities, and not take action.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room condition was not to standard. For example the bed sheets had debris and were old. Pillows were flat. Shower water pressure was weak that can be an easy fix with a different shower head. Good things A/C was good. Overall rating in the middle.

The room was nice, just a bit bare. Only a bed, TV and a bathroom. There was a leak in the room, right above the desk/table where we unknowingly placed some clothes that got wet. Not a big deal though, but something worth noting for sure. For the price, I'd say the room is worth it.

We've stayed on 2 separate occasions. Both times have been a great experience. The staff is always friendly. It's definately our go-to place to stay when we want to go to the Metro area, but don't want to stay in a busy place. We're definatly recommending this place to our friends. The location is great, many places of interest on a quick drive.
