We had a wonderful time. The villa was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The location worked well for us with several jogging routes. The underrated place is the nature preserve! This has several hiking options and the beaches were gorgeous.

Everything about our experience with this property was amazing. The host had great communication regarding property details, directions to villa, restaurant choices, beaches to visit, and nearby excursions. We had an amazing stay with two other couples! The beautiful Seven Seas Beach is right across the street, and there’s a lovely trail through the mangroves that leads to another quieter beach. In the other direction, you can walk to the Cabezo de San Juan nature reserve, where we hiked to a natural pool called La Zanja — a perfect spot to cool off.There are plenty of great food options nearby, and the condo itself was wonderful. Xiomara was very helpful and quick to answer all our questions. We had everything we needed and especially loved relaxing on the rooftop patio.Our only minor complaint is that the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable — but honestly, we spent most of our time outdoors anyway. Highly recommend this place!

The condo is exactly as pictured, and is literally right by the beach, which has a convenient snack/restaurant open 12-6. The host was responsive and provided great information in both the welcome email and booklet in the condo. Rooms were comfortable, having 3 full bathrooms is nice (there is a full one on the upper terrace), separate air conditioners in each space is great for setting personal preferences on temperature. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen is nicely equipped with supplies. The condo had 6 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and all of the necessities for a great time. We also found several fish just while snorkeling in the beach area at Seven Seas. Our family also loved being so close to the rainforest and made two trips there during our stay. The only things we would have changed would have been to have more plates/bowls/silverware as we had to wash after almost every meal. The property pool is almost much smaller than it appears in the photos (our backyard pool is bigger), but it will still convenient and we spent most of our time at the beach anyway. Neither of these things were significant, and I'd definitely recommend the property to others.

Wonderful week in Fajardo

This was the perfect location for our week in Puerto Rico! Located just across the street from Seven Seas Beach, this clean and beautiful condo was easy walking distance to the ocean and several restaurants, plus it was an easy drive to Old San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest. Plus, most evenings we could watch the sunset from the rooftop patio. Wonderful!

Our trip was fantastic. The condo and communication with with property managers was fantastic. Everything was very clean. Clean and spacious villa

The villa is nice and clean. The upstairs terrace is wonderful. The owner and the property manager are very attentive and responsive to communication. The pool is perfect. Overall, it is a very quiet, clean complex. My family and I didn't love Seven Seas beach which was the main reason we chose this location. You have to cross some large, sharp, rocky areas to enter the ocean and the water was very cloudy while we were there. No ability to snorkel at all even though some sites say this beach is good for snorkeling. The villa is fairly close to El Yunque and we enjoyed hiking and seeing the rainforest.

Perfect beach stay

The property location was ideal for our beach vacation. Literally across the street from Seven Seas Beach. The unit was super clean and very comfortable for 6 people.The view from the rooftop is glorious. The owner communication was excellent; the property manager was professional and friendly, and took care of all that we needed. Excellent hospitality all around!

Amazing vacation villa!!

We had a wonderful family vacation!! The place was so clean, comfortable beds and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the rooftop for sunrises and sunsets. We saw so many shooting stars. Right across from a calm beautiful beach. We hired Chef Tyler Micjenka to make us dinner (it was amazing) and we chartered a boat from Culebra VIP amd East charters to Culebra. Unfortunately the weather was bad but they took us to two other gorgeous private beaches. Captain and crew were awesome. Luquillo beach and El Yunque gorgeous. Kevin owner and Xiomara the property manager were very attentive to our needs. Thank you for a relaxing wonderful vacation! We plan on renting this place again!!

Well Managed Property

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. We learned there is much to do and it is challenging to hit all the best attractions in one trip. Vieques and Culebra take time and coordination. Weather conditions can drastically alter the experience. San Jose is a big city worth exploring and it is a full hours drive away from Fajardo. All this to say that the location of this property is especially great for exploring Fajardo and El Yunque. It is well situated to explore PR or to just relax. There are great beaches within walking distance with a blend of locals and tourists. The property was well maintained, as listed.

Wonderful condo & great location!

We stayed here in June 2024. The condo is very clean and looks just like the photos. The beds were comfortable. The private rooftop area was amazing. Everything was in working order. Please note: this condo is on the top floor so you will have to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to it (and another flight to get to the roof) there are no elevators. Xiomara, the hostess, texted a few hours before we arrived to the condo to introduce herself and to let us know to contact her if we had any questions or issues. We only had one issue and Xiomara was quick to help. The location of this condo is great (you will need a rental car to get around) we went to the El Yunke Rainforest, took a kayak tour to Laguna Grande to see the bioluminescence with Pure Adventures, took a sailing catamaran to an island and a reef for snorkeling with Spread Eagle II, walked around Old San Juan, hiked to La Zanja, and hung out at Seven Seas Beach right across the street. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation to Fajardo!

Logan's Graduation Trip

Our family had a great week. I have visited PR many times but never stayed on this side of the island. Fajardo is beautiful. The condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, great A/C and pool; and friendly residents/or renters and great food nearby. We enjoyed the short walk to our beach, finding sea glass; zip lining in El Yongue, and a catamaran trip snorkeling. Thank you for sharing your rental.

Fajardo location hidden gem!

What a wonderful week at this fantastic Fajardo property. Beautiful, clean and so very well kept. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. The proximity to 7 Seas Beach was amazing. Local food was delicious and close by. So much to do in this area. Hidden gem!!

Breezy Paradise

Our family had a very comfortable stay. The penthouse was clean and had all the needed amenities. The rooftop terrace was always enjoyable with a fabulous breeze. The grocery store was close and the beach even closer! From 7seas beach the “hidden” beaches Colora and Escondida were so worth the walk. Their beauty was a gorgeous snapshot of Caribbean paradise. The location is also only minutes from kayaking into Laguna Grande for a bioluminescent bay tour. We also easily drove to El Yunque Rainforest and the Luquillo Kiosks. Old San Juan was only about an hour away and the largest marina in the Caribbean was 20min away. From there we took a snorkel trip to Culebra- a gorgeous white sand paradise. You can’t beat the location and ability to walk to the beach and dining or ability to drive to multiple adventures. We would definitely recommend staying here for vacation!
