Apartment was nice and had a great view. The hallway in the building has lots of door with metal bars which makes it seem unsafe at first. Not sure why the area was very safe. The unit does have a little roach problem as I killed at least 6 roaches during our 5 night stay. The AC works excellent which was really important to me. There are stores and restaurants all within walking distance. I would probably not stay again but for the price it’s a good deal and the balcony and view were amazing

My overall stay was very, very nice. My rental unit was perfect. My communication with my rental manager was great. I had no issues whatsoever. We did lose power a couple times here and there, but that is Puerto Rico. We’ll stay there again.

Vibrant area!

We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony, easy access to the beach, amenities of the condo, and the cleanliness of the property. The check-in process could use some work, not for lack of communication (there were many messages from the management), but some of the details need refinement or more accurate translation to english. For those who are driving to the condo, be aware that the traffic in the area is very busy and there are limited places to park on the street or near the condo while you are waiting for check-in. Overall we had a nice stay and would recommend this property to others.

Beautiful Isla Verde Beach

Came out for my wife’s godfathers 80th birthday we come out often and usually stay somewhere in the two buildings this was a great stay the apartment was nice and a great view from the 17th floor. Thank you for a great stay!

San Juan condo

A spectacular ocean view from the balcony! The bedroom has a comfortable, king-sized bed and the property is very quiet and safe. Bring your own bar of soap as they only supply you with one, tiny bar. Also, toilet paper is limited to two rolls which I found odd. There is a very well supplied Wallgreens directly across the street from the complex which is very handy for any items you may have forgotten as well as groceries, beverages, etc. Overall, it was definitely worth the cost and we'd go back again!

Amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location was perfectly situated 5 minutes from SJU and right on the beach, with beach access directly next to the building and plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We stayed for one week and didn’t rent a car and never had a problem getting anywhere. Although the AC unit is only in the bedroom, the whole condo was nice and cool. There is no AC in the general areas of the building so just be prepared for that. The building has great security as well and is in a nice neighborhood, we felt very safe during our stay. The pool was nice as well. Everything was amazing, we had a great time.

Paradise Ocean View

The apartment is perfect. Central a/c (priceless), ocean view breath taking and the location is perfect all walking distance to eat and shop souveniers. All the facilities were clean and accessible. The only thing I will sugest to change is the lighting fixture in the bathroom because it is too dark even with the lights on. I will stay here on my next vacation. Love it!

Hiccups from beginning to end. Meh rental

The location is nice and close to beach however you need a key fob for access to the beach from building. Buyer beware: we waited a day and a half To get a replacement FOB because is wasn’t at property. Note: Green island properties don’t pick up phones or return emails Fri-mon. Luckily VRBO helped us contact someone for a FOB. A week after renting we were told it was missing like we had lost it. Turns out it was the housekeeper that misplaced it. Photograph EVERYTHING. It may be the difference between being being accused of loosing something and your deposit. We were informed they are using a new housekeeper who doesn’t clean very well. If I could post photos of the hair everywhere and in the drainage I would. The balcony is cluttered with rusted chairs (behind curtains in photos). And I recommend washing the dishes as it only looks like they’ve been water rinsed. Door security is a key pad for entry only (there is no lock box like you would normally find at other rentals) anyone with the keypad code Can walk in. We just put our luggage against the door for that false feeling of safety. Unfortunately our first morning beach views were obstructed by traction elevators / men on pulley scaffolds, hanging outside balcony painting balcony railings. We were surprised to wake up to them peering inside the rental. The ropes hang off balcony I’ve rented in this building before in other units and they were dated but great experiences. Again the location is great.

Great location!

We had a wonderful first time in Puerto Rico!!! The condo was just as described and the location right on Isla Verde beach was perfect. The beach was beautiful and we were a short Uber ride from all the things we wanted to see and do. We will be back!
