We were very glad to have spent the night at the hotel. The room and hotel were very clean and comfortable and it couldn't have been more convenient for dropping off out rental car and leaving on an early morning flight.

Exactly what we needed before an early flight out of SJU. Clean and comfortable rooms for a good night’s rest with a short walk right into the terminal. As the hotel is connected to the airport you will hear planes taking off and landing, which may be an issue for lighter sleepers. Entrance is right before the bend in the road on the upper level departures road.

The shower floor mat was damp, there was a bug on the bed (which I killed), no tissue in the room, the room was very small, no refrigerator, USB ports on the wall had been pushed into the wall, the hot tubs were worm, not hot and I could not determine how to adjust the thermostat The hotel has a great weightlifting facility and is convenient to the airport.

Great location if you have a redeye flight. This hotel was very clean but small . however during the night walking through the terminal to hotel there were homeless people sleeping right outside the hotel. They offer breakfast but closes at 9 AM.

The only reason one would stay at this hotel is convenience to the airport. It felt much like a dorm. Much too expensive for what we got. It was very clean.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and have had mixed service experiences at the front desk. This time a gentleman took and stored our luggage as we were about 2 1/2 hours or so early for check in. I had emailed about early check in and understand it’s upon availability. We sat in the waiting area and saw 2 guests that arrived after us being checked in. Not only were we not informed that the room was available, the young man at the desk had left completely. It took another employee to notice us and inform us the room was available. Thank you to the first guy that knew we were sitting there for 2 hours and said nothing before ending his shift. That was top notch customer service. To the employee that noticed us after….you deserve a raise.

The signs to locate hotel within the airport need to be posted around the airport not only once you are close to the hotel

Management was wonderful. I had an issue with my room, not having a mini for the standard queen. Apparently Expedia had details of the room incorrect. Everything was squared away with management so if you have any issues, ask for the manager.
