Lousy housekeeping. We stayed 7 days between cruises. My wife and I had to continually ask guests services to send someone to the room. On 2 occasions, no one came. When calling guests services after 6:30 pm, their response was, "Sorry. Everyone has gone home."

The valet parking was quick and easy to use during our stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close to excellent restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Staff are friendly. The only negative is that the air conditioning in certain areas of the hotel could be improved and the air conditioning in our room took several days to cool down.
