Room was great! Part of the Staff was really nice but others not so great. The housekeeping personal was great and also Josue from front desk and the guy in charge for the after party in New Year Eve. That been said the breakfast on new year day was not good at all. For the price that we paid We expected a little bit more at least with the breakfast and ameneties. For me was average stay.

Room was amazing, the view spectacular. Staff was awesome. Not much for food, restaurant was closed every time we tried to eat there. DON’T stay there on New Year’s Eve if you want to get some sleep. They hired a DJ in the lobby and we could hear the bass on the 8th floor. Cool roasted pig though…. And the little flask of liquor they gave us at check in was AMAZING.

Cruisers BEWARE—NOT really a Wyndham. Not at all the quality you expect from a Wyndham. It is privately owned and in poor repair. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We came early for a cruise. The room was marginally clean, I say marginally because the floor and bed were clean. The shower leaked considerably on to the floor I would not blow dry my hair because I was standing in a puddle of water. The shower had mold. If I don’t have something nice to say, I would generally not say anything at all. However, this hotel charged over $250 a night and was labeled under the Wyndham name the room and decor was probably an equivalent to a Motel 6. Don’t stay here. The service? We waited for a long time for counter person welcome us. They were no where to be found. We finally had to go to the security guard and ask for someone to check us in.

There was a party going on past midnight and past the time it was supposed to end it took the staff too long to get the party to settle down after calling twice and after receiving complaints from other hotel guests. House keeping forgot to put new towels in our room as well.

My room was in 6th floor and they had an event on 9th floor with loud music till 4am. Couldn’t sleep a wink. Horrible hotel to stay and carpets are also dirty. Staff couldn’t help at all to shut down the music.
