I arrived the night that a tourist was killed in the near by area- and I was highly disappointed by the “security measures” the hotel took. I was shocked that night I was not able to enter through the front entrance, they had us enter through the parking are to the side entrance- only to see that everyone and anyone was allowed access into the hotel. I felt really uncomfortable about this, I had notice two strange man enter to hang out in the lobby and did not seem to be staying at the hotel. If they had left the front entrance available to open with a room key- it would’ve been a “safer” way. So I don’t know what kind of tactic management had in mind, truly inefficient. I will not return for this reason.

Great olace to just stay the night.

Our shampoo dispenser was empty the whole time, i wish they checked or replaced them. Love that they came and cleaned everyday, Wish they had a bigger mirror or more than the bathroom one and the small skinny one on the side of the room. Also the lighting was too dim, there were only two lamps on the bedside and they weren't really bright. I wish the room had better lighting.

Everything was great. Pool was relaxing area. A lot of dining options on main strip. Beach a block away fantastic. Was there for a work trip but felt like it was more like a vacation. Want to mention staff member Maria was great to talk to very friendly.

I don’t understand why there is such a big amount taken out for a security deposit 300 is crazy and they also charged me the full amount for the room even though I paid a deposit towards the room when I booked they went ahead and charged me the total amount for not the portion I owed after paying a deposit. The room smelled like mildew/mold and I was literally stuffed up every night when in the room outside the room I was fine. The curtain at the window to the room was disgustingly dirt it looks like it had mold on the bottom and the fridge in the room leaked water. I’m actually disappointed and with very little opinions because of the bad bunny residency we had no choice but to remain there the entire time
