Rooms with shower problems, no microwave, lack of table space. 1 Elevator broken, leaving 1 for 10 floors. Avoid hotel food. Check in very late for normal standards. Overall hotel is very dated and lacking maintenance.

No working elevator in the lobby. Room was dated and most lights did not work. HVAC was noisy. Shower leaked all the time which was loud at night when the room was quiet. Minimal beach access, very loud music in the lobby bar and at the pool. They need a better sound system. Very distorted and loud. “Resturant” at the pool was mediocre and expensive. No restaurant in the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.

The whole property needs a renovation. This is the first resort I have stay that is unsafe to stay in room. All rusty doors bathrooms are dirty old and not renovated.

The hotel was clean however the lounge chairs were shredded, the elevators were broken, the face of the building was cracked and the door to the balcony wouldn’t unlock. They charge you an additional $45/day for amenities which I did not know about. I guess this was for using the beach/pool. The view was beautiful but this property is in desperate need of repair.

The water in the shower never really got hot. The few staff that I encountered were pleasant. I love that there were multiple pools on site as well as the beach within walking distance. My balcony had the most beautiful view.

The rooms we old smelled of mildew holes in the wall dirty sofa & curtains that were falling down , the had one working elevator and apparently its been like that the chose not to fix them this is the worst hotel ever.
