Small issue with our room when we arrived. It wasn’t finished. Went to the front desk and requested a new room. First young lady we checked in with wasn’t very friendly. The second young lady was more pleasant and informative. When they think you aren’t Spanish they treat you a little different. Thank goodness my wife is Latina. Complementary drink tickets and complementary breakfast buffet. It’s a shame that this goes on.

I didn’t like the fact that my room got flooded 2 days back to back and the people who room was across from me was perfectly fine then they moved me from the 10th to the 6th floor and long behold water started fallin from the light fixture and this was on the other end of the hallway I was in 1018 to star and 642 to end my trip

Second time staying here, always up to expectations. Either side of building has balconies with beautiful views. It has beach access and a swim up bar. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and gift shops. Would recommend to anyone coming to PR.
