This rental was excellent. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the convenience of the location to Old San Juan for dining and shopping. The host was great and very responsive to questions and following up making sure our stay was going well.Would use again in our next stay.

Nice location but room was ok

The carpet was dirty. The shower door leaked all over the bathroom floor. Bathroom floor was dirty, especially in the corners where I had to wipe the floor from leaky shower door. Security at the front was nice and helpful. I would not stay there a again.

Nice Stay

As described. Comfortable room and King bed. Could use an update (carpet & upholstery). Coffee maker, but no cups, filters, coffee, tea, or cups provided. However, close to several restaurant options, including a Starbucks in the hotel next door. It was really hot at the time of our visit. Room provided a nice, cool respit for us.

Disappointed

I had high hopes and the room wasn’t exactly what's pictured. Not as nice as I expected. The shower was terrible and needs a warning. It is a slippery sloped shower floor with no foot grip and no bar to grab as you step in. I fell
 beware. Also, the door to the room doesn’t lock from the inside and there is no secondary safety lock. It felt very unsafe, and uncomfortable, not to mention the door had issues if you didn’t lock properly when leaving. We had to lock a certain way so it remained lock as we left. It was inconvenient to say the least. Locking from the outside was a problem just as much as locking from the inside. There were some other items we had problems with but the ones mentioned were the biggest. Thank goodness I had my husband. Location was good but I would not personally recommend without some much needed changes.

Great stay!

My spouse and I selected this property for our honeymoon, all we wanted to do was relax for our honeymoon and that is exactly what we did at this property. Check process was smooth, it was quiet, and romantic with the beautiful view. 10/10, we loved our time here and will return!

Great location !!

Me and my fiance loved it, great location. Anything you need music food, drinks, right down the street. Not to mention the Balineriao De Escambron beach walking distance away, beautiful views.

Location and view was nice!

Overall the stay was nice. Communication with Karen was easy. You can travel using UBER going long distance but we mainly traveled around using the KICK scooter which was more fun and better to use while site seeing from Old San Juan to even across the bridge towards Condando Beach. We will definitelyn be booking again in the near future.
