Upon check-in, the first-unit refrigeratorcontained stagnant water, flies, and a severe odor. No cleaning supplies wereprovided until requested. As stated the host is a super host. I would think that the owner of the property would check to make sure the house has been cleaned prior to anyone staying at his property, but it didnât look like that had happened.The first and second-floor stoves and pans were covered in thick grease, making cooking impossible. especially on the second floor because there was no hot water or water pressure.The pool was completely empty upon arrival. It took a water hose two full days to fill, The second-floor unit had zero hot water and little to no water pressure for the majority of the stay 10 people had to use the 1st floor bathroom.Contracted Workers were on-site during our vacation. Almost every day..We suffered a total water shutoff for an entire day on 5/20 while they replaceda tankless water heater, finishing around 11:00 PM. Normal water functionsdid not return until Friday. The first-floor unit suffered active ceiling leaks in both the living room and bathroom, creating dangerous puddles on the floor. we did look into the app to try to book another house, but that was impossible especially last minute and a house big enough for 10 people.I think this could have been a better stay if the host would have actually gone out to the property and maintained it before having people check in especially for 8 days
