Food was good and Staff at Restaurants were very nice , when we first checked in the a/c wasn’t working or room phone and the ice machine on floor didn’t work either , also there were 3 elevators on floor side but only one worked and at one point it didn’t go to are floor so had to walk down stairs , for the money we spent to stay here during construction which was not told to us was definitely a waste of money

Due to construction, multiple areas were closed for renovations like the spa, casino, and the adult pool area. All of which is part of a mandatory resort services fee that was NOT included with the resort. Big waste of money and time since we could have gone somewhere with alot less construction.

Resort was very clean and the employees were very nice. Restaurants didn’t have unbelievably good food, but it was good. Chayanne R. at the roots restaurant was by far the highlight of our time there. Super cool guy and made us feel like we’re regulars. Didn’t like that the resort didn’t offer an all inclusive option, but that was very quickly eclipsed by the relaxation and escape you have. Would recommend and would go again.

The hotel was under construction. The casino, the spa, and the adult only pool were all closed. Construction area was loud and dusty with chemical fumes. If the construction had been complete and we could have enjoy ed the other amenities it would have been a better stay. Beach area was great and so was customer service in all aspects.

I enjoyed the pool and the beach. The rooms are very clean.staff was great. Very happy. Thanks for a great time

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities

Most of the amenities were closed for renovation when they were supposed to be finished. There was ZERO discount to the full price room rate and resort fees. Management was less than accommodating or overly concerned.
