I was looking to get an email confirming my reservation but because I never received an email I thought the reservation didn't go through so I booked at another hotel in Morro Bay. When I checked my voicemail the morning of November 29th I had a message asking I was going to check in. It was then 9:30 pm when voicemail was left. I was still charged for the stay and have not been a to talk with a live agent

Cute motel, tight parking, easy walking distance to the Embarcadero. Super friendly front desk guy. Older building but upgraded interiors with a fridge and microwave. Suited me just fine.

How this hotel received a rating over 8 I’ll never understand. We only intended to stay one night so it met our need but it was not a nice place for the night. The room was not clean, there was a dingy odor, and I didn’t even want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The bathroom was decent but the tub valve leaked all night. We had an early morning planned but were woken by the upstairs neighbors beginning their day in a very noisy fashion. It’s hard to find a nice hotel for a decent price, but we left very disappointed and will not be returning to this place.

Located near the embarcadero and within walking distance to downtown Morro Bay and Morro Rock. Beautiful view of the bay from certain rooms. Will come back again.
