Amazing customer service! This is a great hotel in San Luis. Lots of shopping and food options within a walking distance. Hotel is clean and updated. Staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Great friendly staff, facilities are a bit dated. The HVAC systems cooling the rooms leave much to be desired. This was a problem for multiple rooms reported by multiple guests in our party. The room was mostly clean. The tub didn’t drain water and the shower pressure wasn’t good. I was hoping for a nice shower. The noise level can be loud since the room faces the dining area. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

I staywd two nights, the housekeeper forgot to clean my room. I called the frontdesk to check if my room was cleaned. They said yes. When i m back to the hotel st night time, my room has not been cleaned. It's not tge first time happened.
