This is my 4th time staying here and its the first bad experience we had. The room we initially checked had the curtains ripped and red stains on the bedding. Im thinking it was gatorade or juice stains. The ac did not work in the room. We were given a new room which was in better condition but getting to the room isnt was easy as expected. I would reccommend adding more stairs or elevators. The last day of our stay, we went for breakfast and forgot our keys. We went to the front desk only for staff to have trouble getting into our room, as their keys would not work on the door. Thankfully my son didnt properly lock the sliding door and staff was able to gain entry from there. After some look, the staff told us that even if we had our keys we would of been locked out as the battery was dead to the door hence why they couldnt get in. Overall, we enjoy this property but wasnt our best stay.

Cute clean with great hospitality

1 year old with us all was well. Really kind of them to give free bar drinks and snacks in the evening to socialize. Also, free breakfast buffet. A cute, clean place to pass through pismo and enjoy the beach. They have a small enclosed dog park in the middle too sodogs dont use the bathroom all over the complex. Keeps it clean

Best bang for your buck!

Very spacious suite and clean rooms. Bed and bedding was comfortable. I love the cantina restaurant and the courtyard. Fair warning, the rooms aren’t superbly sound-proof but I really loved the atmosphere and vibes. Everyone seemed to be out and about mingling and enjoying the pool/hot tub and courtyard. And dog friendly?! Say less! They have lots of grassy areas and a specific dedicated fenced area to allow your dog to roam free. Close proximity to the beach (about 5 min drive to Grover parking area).
