Room was very clean, staff was friendly. I didn't use the hotplate in the room but I was told cookware was available upon request. Convenient!

The staff was wonderful! The room needs a full cleaning, there was hair in and around the bathroom. The fact the once checked in I had to call the front desk to get shampoo!, so had to get back in street clothes and go back down ( a pain, I was just starting to relax) also your free Wi-Fi was was a mystery until I called the front desk again. I’m not sure why you do not provide a blow dryer anymore. The smell in the hallway because of the ever growing garbage bags outside other “guests” piled up higher and higher from check-in to check-out was disgusting. I’m definitely going to think twice about staying with you again.
