Excellent Hotel! Brand new, clean room, great staff, full kitchen, comfortable beds, wood floors, and nice quiet property. I would highly recommend anyone to visit and stay here. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
The place was new and clean. The staff was very kind and friendly. They didn’t have any irons which is problematic for travelers that need to iron. It was very sterile with no decor in the room and the bed was very low but it was very comfortable. Love that it has a kitchen area!
This is a new facility and truly is extended stay because there are no amenities like a hotel so do not expect that. The room floor, tub, and toilet was dirty and had to have them clean again. The bed sheets are thin as papers if you stay here being your own own and sheets.

On checkout morning, we woke 26 minutes past the 11:00 a.m. deadline and immediately called to inquire about booking another night. Rather than being given a chance to complete payment, Assistant Manager Rudy demanded we vacate within 10 minutes and threatened to call the police.
We had been quiet, respectful guests for multiple nights and were actively attempting to extend our stay. The situation could have been handled with basic professionalism and courtesy.
While policies are understandable, the lack of discretion and the immediate escalation were concerning.
