Very nice, spacious, clean room in a large apartment with a communal kitchen / dining area. Host was very nice and came once I rang the telephone number on the door. I had chosen a room with a balcony, but had little use for it as arrived after dark. It is a surprisingly long climb if you are walking up to San Miniato, so leave plenty of time! Would definitely stay again.
